The 2021 General Assembly of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church

The Evangelical Presbyterian Church, a denominational member of the World Reformed Fellowship held its 2021 General Assembly at Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis, Tennessee, between June 22 and 25, 2021.

The theme of the Assembly was "God Will Restore" (Joelç 2: 25-27) and it was held as a hybrid event, with both virtual participation and on-site attendance. Besides the regular Assembly business, the sixth annual Leadership Institute, a premier building block to implement a strategy for a leadership development culture with the goal of long-term, sustainable, transformational growthing that strategy. This year’s Leadership Institute featured three plenary speakers: Ligon Duncan, Chancellor and CEO of Reformed Theological Seminary; George Robertson, Senior Pastor of Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis; and Rufus Smith, Senior Pastor of Hope Church in Memphis. In addition, four ministry-specific leadership development gatherings were also held.
