Equipping Leaders International was founded to equip strategic Christian leaders inside and outside the institutional church in developing countries to lead cultural reformational movements in marriages, churches, schools and the marketplace. It is solidly and tactfully reformed in its approach, but works primarily outside reformed circles finding thousands of untrained leaders who are eager to learn from the Word of God. Many of these enthusiastically adopt reformed thinking. Since its founding in 2009, ELI has conducted over 140 training events in 14 countries, helped launched many nationals as instructors and facilitated establishment of three nationally owned reformed bible colleges.We have opportunities for qualified instructors to help us teach at either the bible college level or large conference level.
