Atlanta Westside Presbyterian Church is a new PCA plant in a highly diverse and rapidly gentrifying part of Atlanta.

One of our greatest desires and prayers has been to build a church that looks increasingly like the kingdom of God, especially in areas that normally fragment the church: race, culture, and socio-economic class.

By God's grace our little launch team of 97% white believers has been growing into a church with approximately 15% African-Americans (the majority population in our area), largely through longstanding relational connections.

For this we praise God, and plead with him for more -- more black brothers and sisters among us, more understanding and appreciation of our cultural differences, and more deep, gospel-reconciling, body-knitting connections among us.
