The 2012 "Women in the Word: A Workshop" (sponsored by the WRF) IS FULL

Women in the Word: A Workshop (sponsored by the World Reformed Fellowship) serves the church by helping women grow in their understanding of Scripture, strengthening both those who teach and those who study on their own. In large group sessions and interactive study groups, this annual "continuing education" event focuses on women helping women interpret, apply and present the Bible to others. We are now in our seventh year and are a USA ministry of World Reformed Fellowship.

This year’s Workshop will be held October 12 and 13, 2012, at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.  “The Gospel of John:  Life to the Full” is the theme for the large group sessions being taught by Rosemarie Green.  Ten Study Groups will be delving into the books of Ruth, Zephaniah, Psalms, John, Colossians, and 1 Peter.

Eighty women will be participating!  They represent twenty-eight different congregations, eight denominations, and four different non-denominational bodies.  Three women are coming from a campus ministry work in Pennsylvania.  The largest “sending” congregations are City Church, Northeast Community Church and Tenth Presbyterian Church, all three in Philadelphia; Westerly Road Church in Princeton, New Jersey; Cornerstone Church, Calvary Presbyterian Church; and Providence Presbyterian Church.

Save October 11 and 12, 2013!  Dr. Erika Moore of Trinity School for Ministry will be teaching on the Pentateuch in the general sessions.
